TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Most importantly, we upload your CV and tag the recruiters we collaborate with, increasing your chances of being noticed for potential job opportunities they may have available.

Remember, before we can proceed with drafting your LinkedIn profile and cover letter, we need you to approve your CV first.

Your CV gets delivered in both PDF and Word format, you can make minor changes yourself if you wish, if you have major changes or just prefer we update the CV for you, you can email your changes to info@creative-cv.co.za and quote your order number on the subject line and we will update your CV for you.

We book a consultation with you ahead of writing your CV. In the consultation we gather all relevant information to ensure the CV we write for you is tailored to your goals.

No, you will need to return, and we will assist you with that. On your side, you can only make minor changes, not major adjustments.

We will close the CV and mark it as closed and for us to open it you will pay R450 for edits

Once you confirm your CV we will close it and move on, to reopen it its R450

You may request a refund within 2 days of payment. However, once the CV has been delivered, refunds are not possible. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for any additional services included in your package that you decide are unnecessary.

We remove you old CV and the New one we have done using the Recruiters system like the recruiters page and recruiter profile
