Position Overview:
The Managing Director (MD) will be responsible for the overall strategic, operational, financial, and human resource management of the Data Service Centre. The MD will drive the company’s vision, ensure operational excellence, and lead the organisation toward achieving its long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Identify growth opportunities, including new markets, products, or services.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead the organization through change management processes when necessary.
2. Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Data Service Centre, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and quality of service delivery.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.
- Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and corporate policies.
3. Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and handle employee relations issues effectively.
4. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the company’s budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Drive profitability through cost control, revenue growth, and financial risk management.
5. Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure the company adheres to corporate governance standards, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical practices.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to provide updates on company performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead internal and external audits and implement recommendations for improvement.

- Experience in the data service or IT industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading successful organizational transformations.
